Purchase orders

We accept purchase orders for individual and group subscriptions.

Please send the following information to [email protected] to begin the purchasing process: 

If you would like to purchase a group membership: 

• Name of the organization 
• Billing address 
• Desired number of memberships 
• Tax exempt documentation (if applicable) 

If you would like an invoice for an individual membership: 

• Full name of the user 
• Email address of the user 
• Tax exempt documentation (if applicable) 
• Purchase order (if available) 

If a copy of our W-9 is needed, please let us know. Once all the information is received, a Therapist Aid representative will contact you to complete the payment process.
